My ice maker is making the ice properly but doesn't eject the cubes automatically. The dial does not rotate by itself. I have to jump the ice maker through the two holes in the top right quadrant of the module front. It then rotates the dial, then the dial stops at a position and keeps doing a slight back and forth motion for a while as if it is struggling to do something, and then a few minutes later, it pops the ice cubes out. Which part is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced?
The ice maker's model no. is module front is: 106 626640.

Hi, No response to my earlier post. Please note that the model no. mentioned in the original post is from the sticker on the icemaker itself. The model no. of the side-by-side fridge is Maytag model: BS24X9DV S/N: 10141361HB B/M DN91A Holland Cleveland TN USA 37311.
Would replacing the thermostat fix it?

Thanks

I'm having the same problem. I guess my unit must be older, it doesn't have the jumper holes it has a screw you can turn to make it cycle. Just wondered if you tried changing the thermostat and if that fixed it.
