I have a 12-year-old GE electric clothes dryer, model # DCVH680EJ1MS. Just recently it started to shut down early in a drying cycle. The color panel does not respond. After a little while the control panel powers up again and the dryer can be started but the same thing then happens again. Is this a thermostat issue or a control module failure?

I am having the same issue....I've replaced thermostats to no avail. Last response/guess was bad motor or bad motor relay on board...I haven't ordered as this was found out today. (just an fyi)
