Hello.

I have a Whirlpool stove top (RC8700edw-2) with a burner problem. One of the burners will turn on, but will not get as hot as it should. Strange thing is that the burner above it works fine, but when I turn it on the one not getting completely hot will come on too.

I have replaced the ceramic receptacle and it did not make a difference. The burner checks out with a multimeter too.

Any ideas what I should try next?
