I have a Viking VHSO205SS Microwave and the basic oven lamp is burnt out. I've taken the thing apart, sans taking the entire shell off of it. There's a side (external) hatch which gets to where I can get a finger on the bulb but there's another housing there I can't remove. How do I replace this bulb?
