i have a lg lde3037st double oven and here recently we try to preheat oven and the upper one throws a f9 code and wont heat up past 100 degrees and the lower oven throws a f19 and also wont heat up stays at 100? any information at all would be very helpful as i know appliance repair techs can get expensive. also model build date was december 2014.

also just tried turning upper oven to broil no heat
lower oven tried convection and also no heat
