I have a vintage Montgomery Ward gas camp stove (approx. 24", 1930s?) and the oven thermostat is broken. At least that is what a repairman charged $169 to tell me. The oven lights but I can only cook at low or else it roars and gets way too hot Model No. DF-2700. Serial - 06X 7662. Lot B. The name 'Signature' is also listed. I love this little stove and am wondering if you know where I could find a thermostat? I don't even know what the part number would be. Thank you!

I actually just found the instruction booklet. It is a 20" stove. Purchased in 1960. Robertshaw BJC oven heat control. And it is Lot 8, not Lot B.
