Same problem as Joe in post of 1/29/16 (Older Maytag) Door latches, but i need to apply continual manual pressure to door for dishwasher to start or run. I've tried adjusting the latch in or out but still seems to need pressure on the door -- (even if latch is so loose that it leaks when running). I had a professional repair person out about 3 1/2 months ago to the tune of $271 with same problem -- he made it run (with very tight fit) -- but only lasted about 3 mos.
