The ignitor in the lower oven had burn't out so replaced it. Didn't see the hole burned into the deflection plate ( old style without cut out above ignitor). Started up the oven and had an arc flash when the ignitor shorted out on the metal that dripped from the heat deflector. Put in a new ignitor and deflection plate and now no power to the ignitor. Is there something else in the circuit that may have blown ?
