Our Summit under counter quit working. I tested the compressor by the internet's experts and it tested OK.

The Starter relay was clicking every few minutes as the compressor tried to come on but it wanted to but quit.

I replaced the starter after finding it rattled when shaken, and I replaced the overload switch too. But the relay still does the same clicks every few minutes.

So I install new defroster timer since the old timer did not advance on it's own. Still the same cycle of trying to turn on but clicks instead.

The Summit brand is top of the line. A new Summit the same size of 3.2 cubit feet sells for up to $1,700. This one only cost $1000 ten years ago.

Anything short of a service call ideas to check, since I put $65+ in it already with out success?
