Hi,

The door handle bottom connection plastic cracked off. There is still a piece connected to the screw. I was able to remove the plastic liner on the inside of the door and get access to the screws. I was successful in removing the top screw, but the bottom screw is so tight I cannot get it to turn while holding the broken piece of plastic still in the door. The screw head is starting to strip. Any ideas on extracting?

Is there a replacement handle available for this model?

If so, does it come with screws?
