The door locks but the washer won’t start the cycle. No water dispense, and the time remaining start like it is running a cycle. I run different cycles but always the same. All this began when a friend trying to help because they wanted to reach the water pump , lifted the washer and removed the panel under to clear the pump. And also they didn’t unplugged the washer when they lifted the washer. What should I look now to get it back to work.
