My Samsung (that sucks) keeps cycling thru for more than 2 hrs. I replaced the plate sensor hoping that will fix it but I noticed the heat isn't as hot as it should be. Not sure if I should attempt to replace the heat element since it wasn't that easy to remove the parts to replace the plate sensors without breaking some of the smaller plastic pieces.

With these advanced (supposedly) machines, why wouldn't it notify a diagnosis?

What can it be? Any tips/ideas, i'd appreciate it..
