Hi - The problem started when the inner burner of the dual element stopped working. Tech replaced switch and dual element (new part - W10823692). Unfortunately, the pic that tech took before disconnecting old element somehow disappeared. The tech has tried several iterations of wiring new element without success. The last iteration with new tech has the inside burner working but not the outside. Please help! Also, does epic sensor need to be replaced? If so, how? Directions not clear on Instruction sheet included with element. The old element is the original part.

The dual element is located front-left. Element is accessed by lifting off glass top.

Thank you so much! Kath-OP

Thank you for both tech & instruction sheets. The current tech has both of these but unfortunately he doesn't have a pic of how the original part was wired. The first tech who disconnected the original element somehow lost pic. Thank you again for taking the time to help. Kath
