KitchenAid Side-by-Side Refrigerator Model KSRG25FKSS05

Solenoid is good, water line is good, the optics have just been replaced.
The ice machine unit itself functions fine, it has been tested in other units.
The whole refrigerator unit works flawlessly, except for no power to the ice machine.
Fridge and freezer cool appropriately, water dispenser and all lights work fine.

KitchenAid will not share the wiring diagram with anyone except a licensed technician, despite my best sweet talk.

I suspect an internal wiring problem or else there is something that I just havent thought to check.

Does anyone have any thoughts, suggestions or perhaps an elusive wiring diagram?
