Hello dear Sirs! First time here, thank you for all the information kindly shared! My problem is: The refrigerator is too cold: 32 degrees. The freezer is too warm: around 5 degrees. Compressor it is constantly working. The air diffuser it's open all the time. I suspect a problem with the air diffuser thermistor. It is a strange part, I removed from the air diffuser, the part was glued to an aluminium foil, glued altogether the plastic box under the diffuser. I found no reference on the internet. I measured the resistance is equal both in ice water and room temperature: 23.3 Kohm. Attached a picture here: Maybe this is the thermistor I must to change? Any help will be welcomed. If anyone knows what this part do, maybe the equivalent or the parameters just tell me and I owe it. Thank you!

That part looks like a heater. Your model number is not coming up. Perhaps you could recheck it.

Looks like a heater also to me, but then i cannot find the thermistor or other sensor near the air diffuser. Only this one, located just under the diffuser. The part number seems to be 461950252512 and another codes on it: SB715 W9A and 2.5w/240V. But an air diffuser defroster? Never hear about one... But I am not a professional :)

Further investigated the issue. That part doesn't appear in the fridge service diagram. Measured it with my multimeter and discovered that the part shares the wire connections with 1 Brown wire with Dumper line (diffuser) and 1 Blue wire with Icemaker and receiver load, both coming from one electric relay in the main circuit board. So indeed seems to be a 240V heater, but I'm not sure what it does.
Any opinions?

Are you in the UK? I could not find your model number in any of the places I look up appliances normally. but I'm in the USA. I haven't found a parts break down yet, so I'm not going to be able to help you much. I have no experience with this model.
