Recently my Whirlpool side by side began not cooling as much on the refrigerator side and sporadically cooling on the freezer side, I began researching this and the chirping sound it had started doing. After determining that the chirping sound was coming from the evaporator motor, I replaced it with a brand new motor. It started up fine and the blade was spinning great. Both the freezer and refrigerator sides were cooling overnight. I awoke this morning to the chirping again and my evaporator fan motor turning slowing and hesitating when it makes the sound.
What is causing my fan motor to not function properly? What can I do next?
