I had problems with the refigerator not cooling due to freezing up, (fan was Frozen solid) took the inner back panel off and defrosted it. on putting it back together, everything seemed to work fine, but when the defroster kicks in, the water runs down the slope behind the crisper box and out the front door onto the floor (good thing I don't have Hardwood floors).
Any ideas??

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little air pressure will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help. Make sure it drains quick enough. The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.

Since you had the ice buildup you probably have a defrost problem. It may happen again. The defrost system consist of the, defrost heater, defrost thermostat and If the heater and thermostat are ok it’ll be the control. Part 6 on diagram 9. Thanks, the defrost issue seems to be a common theme w/ the Samsungs I'll give the drain tube cleaning a shot first.
