Our GE duel-fuel Profile range is on the blink. We noticed all items baked are getting done way too quickly and often times drying out or close to burning. This portion of the range is electric. I placed a digital probe a measured for an hour recording temps every 1 minute with a pan of water in the oven. At a set temperature of 375, we saw ranges from as low as 307 to as high of 401. Fifty plus data entries were 385 degrees or higher in this one hour range. Is this normal? If not what can I do. I do have the option and instructions to raise or lower my temperature set points. Should I lower, and if so by how much.
Thanks for your help.
