My washing machine ran a cycle just fine last night. I went to start a new cycle this morning and I cannot get the dial to engage. I have reset the breakers, checked the electricity, checked the lid switch... The dial will turn and click if I'm trying to select a cycle, however when I try to pull out the knob it does not engage. Nothing happens. There is no hum coming from the engine. It simply does nothing. Should I just replace the dial? Thank you.
