Hi,

Replaced the circuit board in the range because top burners work, but nothing else will. Unfortunately, the situation remains the same. I noticed the ribbon cable to the exterior touchpad controls looks like it has separated in places, and I am wondering if I need to replace what is referred to as Part 1, which is the touch controls for the unit. What do you think? Any other ideas?

I had the same thing happen. Got an F7 message one day which was a key pad error. Buttons would not work, no clock, nothing. I thought it was the Oven Control board so replaced it. Turned it on and even though the clock now worked, buttons would still not work. So I ended up replacing the key pad assembly as well. Now, all the buttons work and I can even set the temp on the oven and when I push the start button the oven fan even turns on but the oven does not heat up. At a loss...our issues sound pretty similar
