Dishwasher is leaking through overfill tube and front left corner. Only 5 years old! I have done:
1 - replaced door seals, around door and along the bottom of door -- wasn't sure where leak was originally
2 - replaced overfill float and switch (even though I don't think they were the problem)
3 - made absolutely positive that the DW is level front to back and side to side
4 - confirmed that new float and overfill switch work by manually operating it during initial fill
5 - confirmed (I think) that water fill valve is not allowing extra water in. I did this by opening the door right after initial fill, then closing door but not restarting cycle for one hour -- no change in water level.
6 - carefully inspected the bottom spray arm, no plugged or misshaped holes

The initial water fill seem right. (can send picture) It's just over the heater element and just barely surrounds the overfill float. Overfill switch did not activate - button is still in.

But later in the cycle, water level is much higher, so that float is high and switch button is out (would have stopped water fill during initial fill).

So questions:
1 - Obvious -- what the heck is going on?
2 - the water level is not suppose to be that high, is it???
3 - is the overfill switch suppose to work all the way through the cycle? If so, why isn't it? Faulty electronic control? What else?

Thanks very much for reading and for any help.

Just checked, and the water level increases to the higher level within a minute or two of starting the washing cycle (a minute or two after the initial fill)

And forgot to mention that I use the Cascade dishwasher packs, and have for a long time before the washer stater leaking.
