After self cleaning oven on Maytag Accellis 2X electric range I noticed that Broil element will work on broil setting, but will not turn on during Bake setting. Lower element will turn on during Bake setting. Checked continuity of both elements and they both measured 0 ohms. Checked continuity of temperature sensor(out of oven) and measured less than 10 ohms. I am aware that this should be around 1000 ohms. My question is will a bad temperature sensor cause the broil element not to go on during bake cycle? Also, oven is off by 75 degrees. When temp is set on 375 the manual oven thermometer reads 300 degrees.
