Hey all,
My range touchscreen becomes unresponsive after 20-30 mins of cooking. Only the timer and the off/cancel button. My wife asked me the other day why the clock screen is getting "foggy" and I shrugged it off. Well when I went to turn off the timer, it was unresponsive. Same went for the off button. I had to turn off the breaker to turn off the oven. I feel as though there's a seal that has failed in the touch control. Do I need to replace the whole $300 unit? Is there a diy fix possibility?
After the oven cools a little, the touchscreen works fine. Thoughts?
Thanks
Eric
