Help please...the water pressure has dropped sharply on my Maytag side-by-side refrigerator model # MSD2651HEQ. i tried 3 new filters and the filter bypass plug. i changed out the dual-valve water switch. i even shut it off for 1 1/2 hrs in case a water line was frozen - all to no avail. even the ice maker only makes tiny cubes. (a quick history...i had kept the old filter way past its chg date and i noticed that the water pressure dropped slowly {i assumed the "clogged" filter was causing this}. when i finally got around to changing the filter, it made no difference in water pressure.) no hoses are pinched; we DO have hard water. what should i do next? any advice would be appreciated. louis

Make sure the screen filter in the water supply line where it connect to the inlet valve is not clogged up with sediment. Do you have good water pressure there.

remove the supply line that feeds the fridge. There should be a lot of pressure there. It may be the needle valve or whatever type valve you are tapping into to get water to the fridge. Mine went bad a few years back and showed the same symptoms.
