My down-draft Jenn-Air (JES9900BAS) range/oven's LED lights up and works.
But, the oven does not heat up at all, and the burners do not heat up or light up the red heat-on button.

What might be the problem here.

The problem is the burnt power inlet.
At the lower left side of the back of the unit, there is power in-let. 220 Volt electric chord is divided into three lines: white, black, and green.
The green line was burnt and disconnected.
So, I need a new power chord. Could you tell me the part number?

I bought Whirlpool power cord that was exactly the same as the one on my Jenn-air, and installed it. Not it works fine.

Now, the unit works fine other than one problem.
The downdraft vent speed does not change.
My unit has "low - high" 2-speeds. The speed on the LCD panel changes, but the actual fan speed remains low.
I assume there is a part controlling the speed of the motor. Where is it and what's the part number?
I hope this time I get some help.

Another issue is that the neighboring area of a burner is also getting warm. Usually, the round area of a burn is hot but the vicinity is cool. Isn't it?
