Hello, we have ice building up only in the upper parts of the frost system. This goes on until thenfan start hitting the ice which make a ratteling sound which lead to having remove the ice. I am tryibg to figure out which part might be defective. From all at videos aI have look at, everything point out to the thermal fuse. Can someone confirm this. Temp. in the fridge is good and items don't get hot. It take about a month for the ice to get so much build up that we need to remove the ice. Any guidance will greatly be appreciated since Samsung didn't want to provide any king of support.
