Hello All,
First time poster.
I have watched several videos on removal of a microwave that is wall mounted. Most of the videos show to remove 2 screws on the top of the microwave that is accessible from the cabinet. Then let the microwave down slowly and lift off the wall mount bracket that the microwave sits on.

BUT. On mine, there are two wall mount strip. One is on the bottom like most videos I have seen. Another one on the top. The one on the top, I am having trouble removing. The reason is it is attached to the back of the microwave some how and I cannot figure out how to remove it? It doesn't look like a screw? What is more interesting is that the attachment point is only on left the side. There isn't one on the right side.

Please help.
