Hi there ,

I have a crosley electric cooking range (Model: CRE3860GWWA) for few years. Recently I have changed large and small surface burner, drip pan, and receptacle kit for all four.

Initially, the range was installed and connected. Later it had a power issue and the 2 element surface were burnt out. Later I laid a new wiring and connection for the range to give the recommended power. Now I have replaced all the surface element and drip pan and receptacle kit for all four.

Problem: One of the surface element is not working, even though with the new element and receptacle kit. The element indicator LED is always ON on the panel though. What could be the reason? DO you think its the large element switch or the knob or something else?

Kindly help.

Many thanks in advance
