Trying to access back wall panel in freezer compartment but can't determine how to remove the glides for the freezer baskets to allow access to panel. Pulled glides all the way forward and see a torx screw at back of glide but can't access the other screw that attaches glide to freezer wall as it is blocked by the glide. Help! Noise is driving me crazy!!

There is probably a hole in the sliding part that allows access to the front screw or the whole piece slides forward or pivots upward to free it from the front mount. Can't picture it in my head but don't recall having difficulty. If that doesn't help shoot a pic of it extended and closed and maybe it'll jog my memory.
What's the noise? Fan hitting something?

Thanks Drew. Don't see any hole in the sliding part (and I have looked carefully). If it slides forward or pivots, I don't know how to make that happen. Two pictures attached that I am hoping will help. Thank you! ottogaus attached the following image(s):

And I suspect the noise is either the evaporator fan or motor.

I'm trying to check my own fridge and compare it with the photos attached.

From looking at the part I think they pivot upward at the front then slide off the rear mount. The attachment points seem to support that idea. There's only a fan in there. The evap shouldn't make any real noise. Possibly ice hitting the fan blades or a bad motor.

I was able to, but I can't determine which could possibly the source of the noise.
