I have 2 Multi meters, and 1 has the audible Beep (Continuity) feature. The bottom element of my stove isn't working, so i removed it and performed the audible continuity test, and I didn't get any sound. I then checked the Ohms, with both meters, and they both read 21 Ohms.
Is this a good element or bad element? And I'm real curious as to why I'm getting 21 Ohms, yet no Continuity Sound????
