The dishwasher had "normal" light fast blinking, and I replaced control board in March. It worked fine for only 6 weeks, but now tonight the normal light is blinking again. I also replaced thermal fuse in March.

I am wondering why the control board keeps breaking... should I replace it again? (This would be third time actually, it broke in 2015 too).

Very likely you did not perform the complete diagnosis at the first time. It looks to me that the problem is most likely with the keypad and/or its ribbon cable.
You can find the complete instructions in the attached tech sheet.

If you would need the correct part number for the control panel (keypad comes as a part of it) please post the color.

It's black/stainless.

I tried the pin tests and could not get any of them to work at all, I must be doing it wrong or it doesn't work with my multimeter. Tried both polarities and all buttons. After reassembling, it's working again (for now, at least).

Very likely the problem is with the ribbon cable which is a part of the control panel.

Let's try to save some money.

Open the control panel. Remove the control panel ribbon cable from the control board.
Check the tracks in the ribbon cable for hairline cracks using a magnifying glass.
Clean the ribbon cable edge connector. If it looks like just the insulation has been removed then it can be cleaned using a pencil eraser. Do not use an ink eraser as it is too abrasive.
Be gentle and do not reconnect till all the solvent evaporates.
Let the solvents evaporate. Reconnect everything and give it a try.

If it would not fix it, replace the control panel.

Good luck.
