The oven is not heating properly. First noticed with a ham that came out still cold after normal cooking time and then it was an undercooked pizza. Display shows temp selected but oven does not reach temperature selected. Tested with an oven thermometer and it is between 75 and 100 degrees lower than the oven temp displayed. After following an owners manual procedure to increase oven temp setting the oven began making loud whoosing sounds like either gas rushing or air rushing thru something. Is this two separate problems or is there a known likely suspect I should start with?

Ok, so I took out the oven sensor and tested with an Ohm meter, and it tests at 1074. Is this part considered close enough to the 1100 benchmark? The igniter however tests at 170 ohms, ?? When I press " bake " the oven digital display will beep within a few minutes that the temp is at 350 although it is obviously not there. Watching the igniter it glows orange and turns on and off appx every minute or so and also shut the flame down. Anyone have a thought. The whooshing noise seems to be gone for the moment. Appreciate any thoughts?
