Having trouble finding info on this particular model. A few weeks ago the refrigerator went up to 70 degrees so I turned it off and left the doors open overnight. Now I'm having the same problem: freezer stays cold but stops blowing air up into the fridge. Took apart the rear wall in the freezer and can see a good amount ice built up on the evaporator coils. I just connected a multimeter to the heater assembly and it looks fine.
