I am trying to remove the front plate control panel from the water/ice dispenser to remove a broken funnel, part number wr17x11267. My Monogram refrigerator/freezer, model #ziss360drcs doesn't appear to have a bezel that can be removed without removing the SS skin on the entire door. It is either a poor design, or am I missing something.

Thank you for sharing your video. Actually I had already found that video and it will help once I am able to remove the display. However my refrigerator doesnt allow for the removal of the face plate because the frame that surrounds the display is behind the stainless steel skin. The video show a refrigerator with flush mounted bezel on top of the SS skin that is easily removed. It would appear that my model fridge requires I remove the SS skin to gain access.

Did you figure this out? I am dealing with the same issue. I don't see how to remove the bezel trim around the control panel without taking the stainless steel face off the door.

If you have the same Monogram side by side fridge I have, then the only way to get to the dispenser to remove the bezel is to remove the stainless steel skin first. Poor design if you ask me. I found a video that showed how to remove the skin. Basically remove three screws on top, three screws on the bottom and three of four screws on the side and you can then pull the skin off the door. Be careful not to strip the screw heads. I did (and I was being careful!!!) and found myself having to grind a new slot into the screw head to finally get the screw out. Not much room to work when removing bottom screws as you will see. Hope this helps! Let me know if you need a link to the video that shows the stainless steel skin coming off.you also need to take the door handle off...vis https://www.bing.com/vid...FF576116DB&FORM=VIRE

Yes, removed SS skin few weeks ago (which gave me access to the bezel). Replaced broken funnel. Everything working fine. It was easy once I realized the SS skin had to come off. The only issue I had was that the screw head strip easily.
Hope it goes well for you too...assuming you haven't done so yet.
