My mom has a side by side that has stopped cooling completely. I am trying to diagnose it with her from out of town so I will know what parts to bring when I visit. We did a sound check on the relay and overload. The overload did rattle so I sent them one to try. That did not work. I'm thinking I will order the relay to take. Is it possibly the defrost timer? I can check things with a meter when I get there, but will not have parts if I don't get them now.
