Our refrigerator has been stuck in sabbath mode for 2 weeks. It is still holding temperature fine. However, no ice or water dispenser function.
Holding "options" and "+" for 5 seconds does not get out of it, though the display will illuminate if it has been off. I also tried powering off using the on/off swtich and unplugging. When power comes back on the ice maker motor makes a noise but sabbath mode continues.
Should I replace the control board and hope this fixes it?

Try powering the fridge off. While the fridge is powering on press and hold the options button and the + button until disabled.
