I've diagnosed noise from my dryer to be the gas valve. I purchased one and began to replace it but am having a hell of a time getting the old one out.

There is an access opening on the front to get to the gas valve, but there are screws below it that I can't get to. I also tried removing the back of the dryer, but still can't access the screws underneath.

There HAS to be an easy way to remove this that I'm just being retarded and missing. Any help someone can offer would be GREATLY appreciated.

If someone can offer help that works, I'll throw in a FREE Microsoft Office 365 subscription (I work at Microsoft and can purchase them at a very discounted price).

Thank you, in advance, for your help.

Expecting Bosch to build anything in an easy way is a mistake, they just don't.
You may be forced to remove the whole front panel, which has it's own fun parts.
But 1st why are you replacing the whole valve? I think they use standard White brand coils which are far easier to change.
