I bought a washer off a friend it worked fine but now it still washes clothes and rinses but will not fully spin leaves about an inch of water in drum ived checked the drain hose nothing in it if i take the drain hose and place on floor the water will finish emptying but still washer will not spin belt is new as well as I checked that as well could the water pump be bad so frustrated as need my washer
