No refrig cooling or freezer cooling. The interior lights slowly flash when the door is open and I hear a similar cycling slow start / slow down of a motor or condensor below the main control panel in the back. I checked all the main board connections and the connector under the front - all appear fine. I tried to put the refrig in test mode by pressing all four cool/warm buttons on freezer/refrig for at least 5 seconds until I get the flashing 00 00 and then press another key to try to lock in it but the display switches to either blank or a single scrolling 0 from left to right. I have tried to get it in test mode multiple times without success with the same result as above. Screen continues with a single scrolling 0 from left to right.

I'm thinking the main control board is bad but would like others to provide their opinion and or next steps!
