:confused: I think my water valve has a leak, but need some assistance before I order the part to ensure this is what the problem is. I also need to know how difficult this would be to repair. When I turn the water on - water appears to drip from the bottom of the valve, but not sure if this is really the probl

It's not a hard job. It could be one of the connections leaking. You could try disconnecting each line and reconnecting. If the water pressure is high it may could cause a leak. If it's the body of the valve itself just replace it.
