I have a Whirlpool wfw9750wr00, about 3 years old, which worked good until a guest put a lot of liquid HE detergent in it. I would guess about 1/2 to 3/4 cup. It now leaves the clothes wet. It seems to go through the cycles properly and spin OK but when it is complete I can rotate the drum manually and hear water in the drum. I can't see any water but I can hear it. I can run a drain/spin cycle and it is better but not as good as before.

I have posted this in the past at: http://forum.appliancepartspros...ompleted.html#post752388

and did not get an resolution and thought maybe I would try again. The pump has been replaced, the filter cleaned and the hoses are not plugged.

Not sure what to do next other than buy a new washer. Dirty shame they don't last much longer than the warranty.
