Appreciate any help with this. Our GE gas dryer (GLDP280GD0WS) suddenly stopped working, possibly due to blocked venting. Nothing at all happens when pushing Start though the interior light is working. I replaced the door switch but that didn't help.

It doesn't appear that there's a thermal fuse in this unit but there is a high limit safety thermostat (part WE4M80). Could that be preventing the unit from starting at all? I would think it would still start but just wouldn't produce heat.

Please let me know if I'm on the right track as I'd love to be able to fix this myself. Thank you!
