I went step by step with the tech sheet. Did the fault history and then allowed it to go into diagnostic mode. All that happened was the clean washer light kept flashing. No sounds or motion from any component. Unpluged the unit, waited 2 minutes and tried it again. No luck. Bypassing the fault history step and going to manual diagnostics was no help. Pressing 2nd rinse only changed screen from 25 to 15. Never into diagnostic mode.

Unplug the washer. Check all wires and connections between the User Interface board and CCU. Unplug them and plug back. Restore the power to the washer and give it try. If the problem still exists, you would need to replace the CCU and, probably, the UI board. If it would not fix the problem and you ordered parts from AppliancePartsPros.com, you can easy return them. The CCU Part number: AP6022621
