hi- i found the same problem pait bubled aroun the grill and jenn air, said they never heard of this and it should not happen. In fact I called jenn air before i bought the stove to ask them about it. Well now ssince customer service will do nothing , i am going ti write to the CEO of jenn air and use these postings as evidence that customer care is a waste of time.
