Turntable quit and I found the plastic tray coupling shaft broke. Great I said - easy fix. For the sake of being thorough I removed bottom panel and removed motor. Shaft was solid and didn't spin. Plugged it in and ran MW but motor didn't turn. Checked voltage and I'm getting 26 volts to the motor with the MW off. This does not sound right. Running or not running I'm getting the same voltage. Ranges from 23 to 26. Before I buy the parts I hoped to check these results with the pros and see if I have something bigger as a problem. Other than the turntable the unit is working fine. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
