I have an LG Frontload Washer Model WM2301HR.
Recently the unit stopped draining and spinning. Had to drain manually using drain hose in front of unit.
Following a ton of YouTube videos and guides online for self diagnosis, I've discovered the following:
1. There are no clogs - filter is clear, drain hoses are clear, pump housing is clear.
2. Pump impeller does not spin when drain/spin cycle is started... however when "Pause" is hit on control panel - the impeller spins at full speed for a fraction of a second.

Using a multimeter - I tested the pump for continuity and received a valid resistance reading. Testing the leads to the pump for voltage received no voltage until pause was hit - which again was extremely short - fraction of second.

This leads me to believe it's an electrical issue, however I'm unsure what to replace. Is this the control panel? circuit board? Unsure of which panel to replace or anything that can be further tested to determine root cause.

Thanks in advance for your help!
