Hello! I have a Whirlpool Double wall Oven problem, you've helped me in the past successfully replace the control board and thermal fuse.
Model# Model RBD275PDB12 (black)
Serial# XL3907821

This time, my wife self-cleaned the oven and blew the thermal fuse again. After replacing this time, only the lower oven works. No error messages, the control display acts like the upper oven works, but neither the lower or upper broiling bar get hot. Any ideas?

A side note... the thermal fuse I ordered wasn't quite the right fit, but i do believe I have it connected. A red herring?

Thanks for your help, Scott

Hi, I am having the same issue! I used the self cleaning and the oven died, door locked and we replaced the thermal fuse, using this AWESOME web site. However, now the top oven does not heat up at all. The control panel says it is working just fine, but no heat. Please help!!!!!! Thanksgiving is quickly approaching!
