My frigidaire f4421ng doesn't appear to be cycling. It has been stored for appx. 2 yrs, and I just plugged it in this morning. A themometer in the freezer reads appx -5, and it is set for highest temps...

If it’s refrigerating properly and it’s running all the time the food in the fresh food section will freeze. If this is the case the cold control is bad and needs replacing. Refrigerator repair guide
