Hello to all: I don't recall when I last used my broiler in my gas stove, however last evening I went to use it, and as I pushed the broil button, and the 3 little orange LED lights came on as if it was working, went to slide the food in and NO heat ! The stove top burners ALL work perfect. ANY clues as to what part I might need to order ? I am on a small island and will need to order this and haven't a clue as to what it may need ?? I am hopeful someone on this forum will be able to help me as I know there are some awesome tecs that obviously know there shiz....

25 views, Im hopeful Someone on here can be of assistance and guide me to the part that may be needed as I would like to repair this prior to Thanksgiving... IF possible

I'm not familiar with this particular range, but I do have a lot of experience with appliances. You are going to have to help with the trouble shooting. Does the broil ignitor glow? Its part no. 26 on this diagram. Parts for Frigidaire FGGF3054MFD / : Burner Parts - AppliancePartsPros.comFrigidaire 316489403 Ignitor - AppliancePartsPros.comIf it glows, does it ever glow very bright yellow? If you have an amp meter the ignitor should be pulling 3.2 to 3.6 amps within 3 minutes of turn on and glowing very brightly. If it doesn't the gas valve will never open. If it doesn't glow, is it getting 120 volts from the electronic control? If its getting the voltage, but no glow, the ignitor is bad.

Thank you ThatGuy, I have not checked the above that you mentioned but I will now that i have somewhere to start, but I do not have an Amp meter, volt meter yes.. Thank you for your reply and help.
