Hi all,
I'm trying to troubleshoot my Whirlpool Ice Maker. I'm not seeing any voltage at the leads that go into the freezer compartment with the ice maker removed. Not quite sure where to go from here -- any guidance on where those 4 wires go for me to troubleshoot?
(My understanding is voltage should be there all the time, but I also tried with door switch/ice bin flap closed in case it made a difference -- it didn't.)

Thanks! Yeah, strange, but getting no voltage at all there. I wanted to check at the other side, but not sure where those 4 wires go (probably down near the water solenoids?). I'll open it up and take a peek. Thanks!

Yikes! I just realized this is one of ice bin in the door things. They have an optic sensor and paddles that have to be placed just so to work. There is some kind of voodoo ritual you have to go through to make the icemaker cycle. There is a 4 or 5 page test for the two boards in the freezer walls. I'll look around and see if I can find it. Thanks for that!
I did the three presses of the door close switch thing to test the optics, and they check out. I tried jumpering the T and H (going off memory, I was following a guide at the time) to trigger a harvest cycle, and the ice maker seemed dead. On a previous repair of the fill solenoid, I recall doing this and it worked fine at the time, but not this time. The next logical step was to unplug the ice maker and check for power, and there's none. So, not exactly sure where those 4 wires to the ice maker come from, but that was my next step to narrow it down...
